When does the $50 application charge apply?

A completed application is a submitted application for one of your rentals that is attributed to CommonRoof. CommonRoof does not charge for a lead, click, or tour.

Does CommonRoof make screening or approval decisions?

Your team makes screening, approval, and final rental decisions. The application charge is tied to submission and attribution, not approval or move-in.
